1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the AltiPrep mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service and Disclaimer

AltiPrep is a study support application designed for preparing for private pilot license (PPL) theoretical examinations. While we make every effort to provide accurate, up-to-date content reflecting official syllabi, AltiPrep is provided "as is" strictly for educational purposes. The application does not replace official flight instruction provided by a qualified Flight Instructor (FI), does not constitute an approved flight manual, and does not guarantee passing the official EASA or DGAC examination.

3. Intellectual Property

All content (texts, debriefing explanations, question database, design, logos, and visual telemetry) on AltiPrep is the exclusive property of the publisher of AltiPrep or its licensors. Any reproduction, distribution, database extraction, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Payments

Certain advanced features of AltiPrep (such as unlimited access to mock exams or all study subjects) require a paid subscription ("AltiPrep Pro"). Transactions, payments, and automatic renewals are managed securely and exclusively by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their own general conditions. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Apple or Google account settings.

5. Limitation of Liability

The publisher of AltiPrep shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the application. The application of theoretical knowledge gained through the app during flight preparation, planning, or actual piloting of an aircraft remains the sole and absolute responsibility of the pilot in command.

6. Application Access and Updates

Since AltiPrep operates autonomously on your device (offline), your access depends on the proper functioning of your equipment. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue technical support or updates for the application at any time.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication within the application or on our website. By continuing to use AltiPrep after these modifications, you accept the new Terms of Service.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
